Palate & Finish

Soft entry, fresh acidity, silky yet present tannins, full body. Elegant evolution, complex texture, vibrant balance, long persistence. Clean and mineral finish, notes of tobacco and leather, excellent aging potential. Tagliatelle with ragù, braised beef in Barolo, wild boar stew, selection of aged cheeses.
