02Soft attack, good freshness, silky but present tannins, full body. Complex and harmonious, with great structure and a remarkable balance between fruit and acidity. Long and persistent finish, with spicy notes and good aging potential. Perfect with game, roast beef, aged cheeses and homemade pasta with wild boar ragù.
