Soft attack, good freshness, silky tannins, medium body. Growing complexity, good structure, harmonious balance, medium-persistent finish. Notes of licorice and spices, aging potential of 3-5 years. Venison in salmi, roasted lamb, aged cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano.
