Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Nose of fresh citrus, green apple and floral notes of hawthorn, with a hint of bread crust. On the palate, vibrant attack, excellent freshness, medium body, marked sapidity.
Palate & Finish

Complex and harmonious evolution, with good structure and remarkable balance. Long and clean finish, with hints of almond and good persistence. Ideal with oysters, swordfish carpaccio, light seafood pasta dishes, fresh cheeses.
