01Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Clean nose with notes of green apple, citrus and hints of brioche. Fresh and vibrant attack, good minerality, slender body.

02Linear evolution, crispness, discreet complexity, good balance. Clean and medium-long finish, persistent citrus notes. Excellent as an aperitif, with mixed crostini, seafood, light first courses.
