Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Montina's Rosé Extra Brut, a Franciacorta, presents itself in the glass with a soft and abundant foam, a prelude to a nose where marked notes of berries and ripe fruit emerge, a legacy of maceration on the skins of 80% Pinot Noir which, with the remaining 20% Chardonnay, lends backbone, complexity, and persistence.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, this sparkling wine reveals itself as full and soft, with good body.

At the Table
03It pairs magnificently with a risotto alla milanese, raw scampi, or a seared salmon fillet.
