01Pale straw yellow, clear, without perlage. Nose of fresh almond, white acacia flowers, delicate citrus, vegetal hints of hay.

Palate & Finish
02Soft attack, good citrus freshness, slender body, light mineral note. Linear evolution, pleasant sapidity, good balance, medium persistence. Clean finish, notes of toasted almond, ready to drink. Excellent with seafood salads, spaghetti with clams, vegetable omelets, fresh cheeses.
