Intense, brilliant ruby red. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits, violet, balsamic notes, and a hint of licorice.
Palate & Finish

Decisive, juicy attack, with smooth but present tannins, good freshness, and full body. Complex evolution on spicy and mineral notes, great structure and enveloping. Long and persistent finish, with a slightly bitter aftertaste that invites another sip. Ideal with game, braised red meats, aged cheeses, and pasta with ragù.
