01The Primitivo Salento I.G.P. presents itself in the glass with an intense red color, enriched by vibrant purplish reflections.

Palate & Finish
02The native grape variety of Salento, Primitivo, gives the wine a marked tannicity, softened by 3-4 months of aging in barriques which completes its maturation. Cantina Mocavero then ages the product for further months before bottling it, ready to enhance robust flavors.
