01Intense ruby red, clear, fine and persistent perlage. ripe cherry, plum jam, sweet notes of vanilla and spices. Soft attack, vibrant freshness, silky but present tannins, full body.

Palate & Finish
02Layered evolution, great structure, impeccable balance, finish of notable persistence. Long and harmonious, with notes of red fruit and cocoa, excellent aging potential. Ravioli with butter and sage, beef fillet en croute, hard aged cheeses.
