Intense garnet red, clear. Notes of withered rose, licorice, and leather, with hints of cherry in spirit.
Palate & Finish

Vibrant, fresh entry, with silky but present tannins, full body. Complex and harmonious, with elegant sapidity and notable depth. Long and persistent finish, with balsamic echoes, remarkable aging potential. Pork fillet in herb crust, beef braised in Barolo, aged cheeses, wild boar stew.
