01Pale straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense aromas of green apple, pear, white flowers, and slight notes of bread crust. Lively entry, fresh acidity, slender and elegant body, juicy.

02Evolution on citrus and almond notes, sapid, harmonious, of good complexity. Clean and long finish, with mineral returns, ready to evolve positively. Excellent with oysters and raw seafood, seafood salads, spaghetti with clams, fresh cheeses.
