02Warm and embracing entry, pronounced freshness, silky yet present tannins, full body. Aromatic complexity, elegant tannic structure, remarkable balance, great structure. Long and persistent finish, with fruity and balsamic returns, promises excellent longevity. Braised beef fillet with Barolo, wild boar stew, aged cheeses.
