Palate & Finish
02Soft entry on silky tannins, remarkable freshness and vibrant sapidity, full-bodied. Complex evolution with an enveloping tannic structure, notable depth and harmony. Very long finish with hints of leather and sweet spices, great aging potential. Herb-crusted lamb chops, Barolo braised beef, aged cheeses, sautéed porcini mushrooms.
