02Enveloping entry, great freshness, silky yet present tannins, full body. Aromatic complexity, elegant tannic structure, magnificent balance, long taste persistence. Very long finish, notes of sweet spices and leather, exceptional aging potential. Braised beef, stewed game, aged hard cheeses, sautéed porcini mushrooms.
