02Complex evolution with fruity and floral notes merging with mineral hints, well-structured and harmonious. Long and clean finish, with fruity returns and a pleasant iodized note, aging potential. Excellent with oysters, swordfish carpaccio, first courses with crustaceans, seafood caprese.
