Straw yellow with golden reflections, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense and complex, notes of ripe apple, bread crust, yeasts and toasted hints. Creamy and enveloping attack, excellent freshness and marked minerality.
Palate & Finish

Rich and enveloping structure, great balance between sapidity and acidity, long evolution. Long and persistent finish, with returns of ripe fruit and mineral notes. Perfect as an aperitif, excellent with seafood crudités, Mediterranean first courses and baked fish.
