02In the glass, it reveals a pale straw color, with fine and very persistent bubbles creating the foam. On the nose, notes of crisp fruit and white flowers intertwine with a slight hint of yeast, a prelude to a fresh, decisive, and versatile taste, delicate and well-balanced.
