01The TRENTODOC, by definition a classic method, requires a long aging on the lees, imparting complexity to the base wines. The Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature from Maso Martis, made from pure Chardonnay grapes, presents itself in the glass with a pale straw color, inviting you to discover an olfactory profile that blends the crispness of fruit with that of white flowers, with a delicate hint of yeast.
