01Intense ruby red, clear. Aromas of medicinal herbs, quinine, bitter orange, sweet notes of vanilla and caramel.

Palate & Finish
02Soft and enveloping attack, good freshness, medium body, almost imperceptible tannins. Herbaceous and spicy complexity, balanced structure, well-integrated sweetness, pleasantly bitter finish. Medium persistence, final notes of licorice and sweet spices, limited aging potential. Ideal with dry chocolate pastries, blue cheeses, dark chocolate, or as a base for cocktails.
