Pale gold, clear, with fine and persistent perlage. Notes of ripe yellow fruit, candied citrus, dried flowers, bread crust, toasted almond. Vibrant attack, remarkable freshness, full body, almost absent tannins.
Palate & Finish

Evolved aromatic complexity, savory structure, impeccable balance, long taste persistence. Elegant, very long finish, notes of hydrocarbons and sweet spices, great aging potential. Oysters, tuna tartare, goose liver pâté, aged blue cheeses.
