Brilliant straw yellow, clear, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, notes of citrus, green apple, and delicate floral hints with a touch of yeast and toasted almond. In the mouth, a fresh and vibrant attack, good minerality, a lean and agile body.
Palate & Finish

Elegant evolution, well-structured, harmonious, and of good complexity. Dry, clean, and medium-length finish, with a citrus aftertaste. Excellent with seafood appetizers, oysters, steamed crustaceans, sushi.
