01Intense ruby red with violet reflections, clear. Fragrant nose of violet, ripe cherry, and bitter almond.

02Soft and fresh attack, silky tannins, slender body. Evolution on persistent fruity notes, harmonic balance. Pleasantly bitter finish, good drinkability, ready. Excellent with Piedmontese cured meats, agnolotti del plin, rabbit in porchetta.
