01Man Spumanti interprets its territory with this Riserva Nature Trentodoc, a Brut Nature sparkling wine made from pure Chardonnay grapes, hand-picked in mid-September.

02Vinification involves soft pressing, using only the free-run must, and aging that begins in steel tanks and then continues in 500-liter tonneau barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, before the second fermentation according to the Classic Method.
