01Intense and bright ruby. Intense notes of ripe strawberry, Morello cherry, and hints of white pepper spice, with a delicate floral scent of daisy.

Palate & Finish
02Fresh and lively attack, sweet and silky tannins, medium body. Complex and harmonious, with good structure and a well-defined balance. Persistent finish with echoes of red fruit and spices, aging potential of 18 months. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar ragù, grilled Florentine steak, aged cheeses.
