02Soft attack, silky tannins, full body and vibrant freshness. Aromatic complexity, elegant structure, harmonic balance and long persistence. Long and enveloping finish, with notes of licorice and sweet spices, great aging potential. Wild boar stew, braised beef with Barolo, aged cheeses.
