02Soft and fresh attack, medium body, slightly bitter. Herbaceous and citrus complexity, well-balanced with a delicate honey finish. Medium-long, clean finish with echoes of quinine and citrus. Perfect with Ascolana olives, Caprese salad, swordfish carpaccio, or as a base for cocktails.
