Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Elegant bouquet of fresh bread crust, fine pastry, delicate citrus and floral notes. Fresh and vibrant attack, good sapidity, medium body, slight mineral note.
Palate & Finish

Complex and harmonious, with a structure that evolves towards hints of dried fruit and honey. Notable persistence. Long and clean finish, with an echo of toasted almond. Excellent aging potential. Perfect with seafood appetizers, first courses based on fish, delicate white meats, and aged cheeses.
