The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Valsorda Veneto IGP Rosso, as a protected designation, suggests a territorial wine from the eastern morainic hills of Lake Garda. The intense color in the glass anticipates a base of Corvina, the leading grape at 80%, enriched by 20% of other indigenous grapes, harvested after a brief overripening to impart greater complexity.

Palate & Finish
02On the nose, fruity notes are perceived, while on the palate, it reveals a medium-bodied wine, supported by an alcohol content of 12.5%.

At the Table
03It is a red that pairs pleasantly with traditional dishes such as roast veal, baked lasagna, or a Milanese cutlet.
