The Cabernet Sauvignon, an international grape variety, here in the "Pramonte" version by Lenotti, comes to life in Veneto, with grapes cultivated in the "La Pra" vineyard on the hills east of Lake Garda.
Palate & Finish

The brief appassimento (drying) in crates of the red grapes accentuates its nature, bestowing upon it a promising expression on the nose and good body on the palate. Of a beautiful intense red color, this IGT Veneto is splendidly suited to accompany robust dishes such as beef stew or a mixed grill.
