01A corner of Maremma that reveals itself in the glass, this IGT Toscana white evokes the Mediterranean scrub with fresh, herbaceous notes. Born from the union of indigenous grapes, it presents an intense straw-yellow color, the result of a process that favors flower extraction and five months of aging on fine lees in steel.

Palate & Finish
02On the nose, the Mediterranean scrub is the protagonist, while on the palate a pleasant minerality emerges, making it an excellent companion for raw fish dishes, grilled vegetables, and fresh goat cheeses.
