02Soft entry, fresh acidity, present but elegant tannins, medium body. Good progression, pleasant sapidity, harmonious, good persistence. Clean finish, fruity notes, ready to drink, limited aging potential. Tuscan cured meats, pici with aglione, light roasts, semi-aged pecorino.
