01Lantieri de Paratico offers a Franciacorta Satèn D.O.C.G. in pure Chardonnay, the result of winemaking that favors softness and refinement. Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature precede a six-month aging on lees, enriched by bâtonage, which imparts particular complexity.
