Fresh and lively on the palate, good acidity, light body, almost imperceptible tannins. Harmonious and delicate, with good taste progression and pleasant juiciness. Clean and persistent finish, with a fruity and mineral aftertaste, ready to drink with short-term aging potential. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with fish appetizers, rice salads and cold pasta, grilled shellfish.
