Pale straw yellow, bright and clear. Intense bouquet of white flowers, green apple, toasted almond and hints of citrus.
Palate & Finish

Surprising freshness, savory, agile but present body. Complex evolution, great balance between acidity and softness, mineral texture. Long and clean finish, elegant notes of flint, good aging potential. Excellent with raw seafood, spaghetti with clams, fresh pecorino, grilled vegetables.
