01Bright straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense notes of candied citrus, toasted almond, acacia honey and a delicate hint of bread crust.

Palate & Finish
02Soft and enveloping attack, fresh acidity, elegant, silky body. Aromatic complexity, notable structure, sublime balance, very long finish. Finish of great length, citrus and balsamic notes, excellent aging potential.
