01Brilliant straw yellow, clear, fine and persistent perlage. Intense bouquet of white flowers, golden apple, pear, citrus notes and a hint of almond. Fresh and soft attack, good effervescence, medium body, vibrant sapidity.

Palate & Finish
02Complex, harmonious evolution, with a pleasant hint of yeast and a well-defined structure. Long and clean finish, with notes of ripe fruit and an almond aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, with shellfish, delicate first courses and fresh cheeses.
