Ivaldi Dario Az.Agricola celebrates the Monferrato territory with this Barbera d’Asti Superiore DOCG 2020, the result of careful winemaking involving natural fermentation in concrete tanks for twenty days, with meticulous management of temperature and must movement, followed by twelve months of aging in large Slavonian oak barrels.
