Soft attack, good freshness, integrated tannins, medium body. Elegant evolution, pleasant complexity, harmonious balance, notable persistence. Long finish, notes of licorice, good aging potential. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar ragu, bistecca alla fiorentina, aged cheeses.
