02Fresh and vibrant attack, good minerality, medium body. Elegant evolution, with almond nuances and a silky texture. Clean and persistent finish, with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Excellent with shellfish, seafood pasta dishes, baked white fish, fresh cheeses.
