02Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky but present tannins, full body. Complex evolution, great structure, harmonic balance, very long persistence. Elegant finish, notes of licorice and undergrowth, considerable aging potential. Florentine steak, braised wild boar, aged cheeses, sautéed porcini mushrooms.
