Vibrant, fresh attack, elegant and silky tannins, medium-full body. Complex evolution, enveloping mouthfeel, excellent balance. Long and persistent finish with echoes of cherry and sweet spices. Ideal with veal roasts, braised wild boar, pappardelle with hare ragu, aged cheeses.
