01Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Intense bouquet of ripe cherry, plum, wilted violet, tobacco, leather, and earthy notes.

Palate & Finish
02Soft attack, silky but present tannins, good freshness, full and enveloping body. High aromatic complexity, great structure, harmonic balance, remarkable taste persistence. Long and satisfying finish, with balsamic and spicy notes; excellent aging potential. Wild boar stew, beef braised, aged hard cheeses, sautéed porcini mushrooms.
