Palate & Finish

Soft attack, fresh acidity, silky tannins, full body. Evolving complexity, great structure, harmonic balance, long persistence. Long finish, notes of licorice and sweet spices, excellent aging potential. Wild boar stew, roast guinea fowl with herbs, aged cheeses.
