The Tasting

Appearance & Nose
01L'Agricola Il Dosso dedicates to 12 Lune a historic vineyard dating back to 1920, a small plot cultivated in pergola that requires a respectful and almost reverential approach, a true burden and privilege. Vinification takes place in steel with selected yeasts and controlled temperature, followed by eighteen months of aging, first in steel and then in barrique.

Palate & Finish
02The nose initially reveals notes of ripe red fruit and fruit in spirit, which then evolve towards elegant hints of vanilla and blond tobacco, allowing nuances of leather and licorice to be glimpsed in the glass. Its effervescence and aromatic complexity make it an ideal companion for rich dishes such as wild boar stew, roast veal with prunes, or aged cheese.
