Brilliant straw yellow, clear. Fragrant bouquet of citrus, ripe white fruit, and a hint of herbaceousness.
Palate & Finish

Fresh and vibrant attack, good minerality, medium body. Harmonious evolution, notes of almond and a pleasant clean finish. Persistent and clean finish, with aging potential. Excellent with fish appetizers, shellfish, spaghetti with clams, fresh cheeses.
