02Fresh and vibrant attack, elegant and silky tannins, medium body. Increasing aromatic complexity, great balance, juicy and persistent. Long and clean finish, notes of red fruit and sweet spices, promising evolution. Wild boar stew, pappardelle with rabbit ragù, grilled Florentine steak, aged pecorino.
