01Az. Agr. offer us a Barbaresco DOCG that presents itself in the glass with an inviting garnet-ruby color, veined by delicate garnet hues, testifying to its maturity. On the nose, the aromatic complexity unfolds with intense notes of ripe cherries, enriched by mineral hints, touches of tea leaves, and the delicate fragrance of rose petals.

Palate & Finish
02On the palate, the freshness of the acidity dialogues with the round and feminine structure, supported by stern but mature tannins. This expression of Barbaresco reveals incredible finesse and excellent balance, culminating in a long and persistent finish, perfect for accompanying baked white meats, roasted poultry, or a tasty stewed meat.
