Soft attack, good freshness and silky tannins, medium body. Complex, well-structured, harmonious, with a persistent finish. Long, with fruity and balsamic echoes, promises good longevity. Ideal with pappardelle with wild boar ragù, bistecca alla fiorentina, veal roasts, aged cheeses.
