Curation Note
The Tasting
A guided note in three moments, by our curators
-
Appearance & Nose
01Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG, a red wine born from indigenous grapes of the Classica area, presents itself in the glass with a ruby red color that tends towards garnet with aging. The bouquet is a rich interplay of plums, blueberries, ripe and dried red fruit, hints of toasted almond, and spicy notes.
